For there is no one equal to the ruler, for the ruler of men is the embodiment of the celestial luminaries. You are truly Vikrama-Aditya himself, the scorcher of enemies. It is said, after all:
«The body of a raja is created from the power of Indra, from the courage of Agni’s heat, from the wrath of Yama, from the wealth of Vaishravana, from the truthfulness and courage of Rama and Janardana.»
It is also said in the Maha-Bharata:
«Do not trample underfoot, O Vrikodara, the ruler of eleven armies, for the nurse of the five (Pandavas) cannot be considered a servant.»
My lord, how can you not judge for yourself? After all, you are the remover of all doubts. But if you wish to hear from others, then listen.

This noble mistress, O lord, does not touch the fishes because their name is masculine. That is precisely why the fishes burst into laughter.

You should thoroughly understand the meaning of these verses, O lord. And do not ask any more questions, lest you appear foolish.

How can one suspect a mistress of infidelity, O lord, who does not even see the sun (since she never leaves the palace)?

The wise, experts in all meanings, cannot discern the meaning of the verses about the laughter of fishes, for they are close to the lord.

Then, glancing at the stunned council, Balapandita rose and left.

The parrot concluded:
«I will tell you more tomorrow.» After these words from the parrot, Prabhavati went to sleep.
