Alu and baigan ki bharata
1. Boil the alu and baigan .Remove its skin and make a smooth paste.
2. Then hot a pan and add oil.
3. Add jira the add pyaj.
4. Then add rasun and adrak paste.
5. Add tomato.
6. Add haldi and namak to taste.
7. Then add the alu and baigan paste and stir it well.
8. Add a little water.
9. On medium flame live it for 5 minutes.
10. Then mix it again and live it for 5 minutes.
